5 Things You Can Do to Pamper the Feet at Home
Is there anything better than a foot massage? It’s amazing how a little foot pampering can make one feel so luxurious, isn’t it? But you don’t need to go out and spend a lot of money…unless of course you really want to. Here are a few simple thing you can do to pamper your feet at home:
- Massage your feet with peppermint lotion - Peppermint soothes tired feet and nothing feels better at the end of the day. Why not trade foot massages with your honey for a romantic treat?
- Take a nice, warm aromatherapy bath. Add some softening oils to the water then use a pumice or loofah to smooth out calluses.
- To soothe and moisturize, soak your foot in a warm milk bath.
- After moisturizing your feet wrap them in moist towels warmed in the microwave or dryer. Then put your feet up and relax!
- Give yourself a pedicure! Soak your feet, smooth the calluses and clip and polish your nails. Put on a pair of strappy sandals to show off your cute feet.
